Hey guys just want to thank you for the answer I have needed since last week. I watched and listened to members last week talk about how the Church has gotten away from the true principle of tithing by insinuating that living prophets have gone astray from the true principal of tithing that the early brethren of the Church interpreted and followed. I believe they were suggesting members should be paying tithing on the interest of surplus. I was about to follow that idea but your thoughts on following living prophets not dead prophets in this lesson with other feelings after watching their videos has made me understand the truth.
